Here at Wholistic T we facilitate retreats and create community around the idea of Holistic Wellness whether that be through yoga, sound healing, nutrition, breathwork, or ayurveda (just to name a few modalities). We want to make wellness accessible in a way that you can implement it into your daily life without feeling overwhelmed. Finding small ways to create more peace and balance in your life.

Our goal is to empower individuals to cultivate inner peace, outer strength, and a deeper connection to themselves and the world through immersive and transformative retreats and events.
